This is a completely voluntary project and participation does not warrant compensation of any kind.

No payment for creative, travel, entertainment, film, processing or any other expenses involved in participation of this event will be given

Digital files of art are preferred

All participants who are notified of inclusion in the event will be asked to sign a release form to be included in the event as this event and production of the magazine will be filmed.
